CollectSell operates on an inquiry-based model. Rather than a traditional shopping cart, we encourage direct communication to ensure the best experience for buyers and sellers alike.

Steps to Purchase

  1. Browse our collection — Explore our categories or use the search bar to find items that interest you.
  2. Inquire about an item — Click the "Inquire About This Item" button on any product page to send us an email, or call/text us directly.
  3. Get details and pricing — We'll respond with availability, pricing (if not listed), and any additional information about the item.
  4. Reserve your item — Once you've decided, we'll arrange payment and shipping details.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Zelle
  • PayPal (limited use)
  • Western Union
  • Postal money order
  • Personal check (items ship after clearance)
  • Cash (for local pickups)

Shipping

All items are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking. Shipping costs are calculated based on item size, weight, and destination. Insurance is included for valuable items.

Returns

We stand behind every item we sell. If an item is not as described, we'll work with you to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
