Returns & Refund Policy

At CollectSell, we stand behind every item we sell. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for returns and refunds.
1. Overview
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are not as described in their listing. We want every buyer to be confident in their purchase.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Not altered, cleaned, polished, or modified in any way
- Reported to us within 7 days of delivery — contact us before shipping anything back
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Bullion sold at melt value: Due to market fluctuation, precious metals sold at or near melt/spot value are non-returnable.
- "As-is" items: Items explicitly listed as sold "as-is" are non-returnable, as their condition is disclosed upfront.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us by email at nick@collectsell.com or by phone at (414) 367-8222 within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Describe the issue and include photos if applicable.
- Wait for our authorization before shipping the item back — do not ship without prior approval.
- Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
5. Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was misrepresented in the listing. In cases of misrepresentation, we will cover return shipping.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. If original method refund is not possible, we will arrange an alternative with you.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to exchange an item, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or different from what was described:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will arrange for a return at our expense and either refund your purchase or send the correct item.
